ZYS Held Promotion Meeting on Management Measures for Major New Product Development Projects

The year 2026 marks the beginning of China's 15th Five-Year Plan. To fully implement the guiding principles of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee and the strategic arrangements outlined at the annual work conference of SINOMACH, ZYS convened a promotion meeting to communicate and implement the newly released Management Measures for Major New Product Development Projects. The meeting aims to accelerate the integration of technological innovation with industrial development, promote technological advancement, and optimize product structure.

The meeting was chaired by Mr. Li Wenchao, Deputy General Manager and Chief Engineer of ZYS. More than 150 participants attended the session, including company leadership, representatives from the Technology Center, Sales Center, various business divisions, and functional departments. In his speech, Mr. Li Wenchao emphasized the strategic importance of major new product development projects to the high-quality development goals of the 15th Five-Year Plan. He encouraged all departments to actively apply for major new product projects in strategic emerging industries and future-oriented sectors.

Mr. Yin Yanjing, Director of the Science and Technology Development Department, provided a detailed interpretation of the application requirements. He clarified the definition and core components of major new product development projects, elaborated on the standards and criteria, and explained the incentive mechanisms associated with successful project implementation.

This promotion meeting has significantly enhanced participants' understanding of ZYS's policies and requirements regarding major new product development. It lays a solid foundation for future technological breakthroughs and innovation-driven development, and serves as a key step in building an efficient transformation system for scientific and technological achievements during the 15th Five-Year Plan period.
