Spindle Components Preparation Before mounting the bearings, thoroughly clean the shaft, housing, and all associated components. Surfaces must be free from burrs, protrusions, or any contaminants. Verify the dimensions of the shaft and housing bore to confirm they meet the assembly specifications. For spindle assemblies that incorporate spacers between bearings, check both the parallelism and height variation of the inner and outer spacers.   Recently, the international standard proposal ISO/NP 25994, " Spherical plain bearings   — Self-lubricating bearings of PTFE fabric liner type", led by China, was officially registered and approved by the ISO/TC 4/SC 7 "Spherical plain bearings" subcommittee. ISO/NP 25994 is the sixth international standard proposal led and approved by China in the field of rolling bearings. It is also the third proposal approved by the ISO/TC4/SC7 "Spherical Plain Bearings" subcommittee. All new work projects of ISO/TC4/SC7 in the past decade have come from China. China is the only member country that has continuously proposed new standards, actively contributing Chinese strength and wisdom to maintaining the activity of SC7.
