Thin section bearings, are a specially designed bearing, which is characterized by thin inner and outer ring wall thickness, small cross-sectional dimensions, light weight, and high rigidity and load-bearing capacity. This type of bearing is mainly used in situations that require lightweight, compact design, high precision or low friction.

Classification of Thin Section Bearing  The covers of thin section bearing are mainly divided into three types, ZZ, 2RS and OPEN.  Thin section bearings come in various common structures and types tailored to specific application requirements. Some of the common structures include deep groove ball bearings, angular contact ball bearings, cross roller bearing, and tapered roller bearings.  We can also provide uniform cross-section thin-walled bearings. The cross-section of each series are designed to be a fixed size, which do not increase as an inner diameter increased.  We can also customize the inch series and non-standard series thin section bearings for customers.
