ZYS first 8MW full range of wind turbine gearbox bearings has been installed
Recently, the first domestically produced 8MW full range of wind turbine gearbox bearings developed by ZYS successfully passed the test. All performance indicators are excellent and meet the design requirements of gearboxes and complete machines, marking a new breakthrough for ZYS in the localization of large-megawatt wind power gearbox bearings. The 8MW full series of wind turbine gearbox bearings has 8 specifications and 38 sets, including planetary carriers and planetary wheel bearings at all levels, which can meet the use requirements of low-speed shafts, intermediate shafts and high-speed shafts. The type test is carried out strictly in accordance with the technical specifications. Under full load and rated speed conditions, the vibration and temperature rise test data of the bearings are excellent and have been unanimously recognized by users.
In view of the technical difficulties of bearings in different positions of wind turbine gearboxes, ZYS BEARING has established a special R&D team to carry out material, parameter optimization and surface coating selection to ultimately ensure the performance of the bearings. In recent years, ZYS BEARING has successively developed 4.XMW, 5.XMW, 6.XMW, and 7.XMW wind turbine gearbox bearings, and is developing a full range of 10MW wind turbine gearbox bearings. While carrying out technological innovation, ZYS BEARING has further increased its investment in industrialization and can currently achieve an annual production capacity of 3,500 sets of wind power gearbox bearings.
In the future, ZYS BEARING will continue to increase its investment in the research and development and industrialization of wind turbine gearbox bearings, continue to promote the localization process of wind turbine gearbox bearings, and help achieve the "30·60" dual carbon goals.
